All work on time and to a good standard with the minimum of assistance.

You were part of a team that cooperated with the total site work force of up to 550 staff and operatives greatly contributing to the safe running of all projects and this culminated in an exceedingly high score of 37.5 out of 40 with the construction industries Considerate Constructor Scheme.

You were able to deal effortlessly with all the security aspects of working for the Ministry of Justice within a live prison environment to produce: a} with Terrapin a 22 classroom Education Building with Library and Multi-Faith worship facilities a two storey Visitor and Staff changing facility and the larger two storey Administration Building; b) with Britspace a 120 cell house block. Two buildings being complete well ahead of time and the others within the overall completion schedule.

This site offered many challenges for all the contractors providing £63m worth of construction across 14 buildings in 43 weeks. All was complete and signed off for occupation on the 8'h January 2010, 3 weeks ahead of the overall programme.

We have known Martin Archer Electrical for the past three years and they have carried various contracts within the NHS sector of the construction industry.

We were first introduced to MAE when an electrical contractor failed on an existing project just before Christmas that year leaving the project in a vulnerable position. They acted swiftly; ensure the project was made secure over the holiday period and making themselves available to us should we needed to call upon them. MAE then went on to check design and complete the works to our's and the clients satisfaction.

From this MAE is now on our list of preferred contractors and has carried out other projects for us ranging from £12,000.00 ward refurbishments to a £75,000.00 complex up-grade of a working surgery which was very demanding and required diplomacy with end user. They are at this time under consideration for larger projects with us.
