Martin has been in the M&E industry for 30 years and is an electrical designer and engineer.

He has gained experience in management with a major company working on million pound projects in the UK.

Martin has also worked for himself for the past 10 years and is now the Managing Director of MAE and is using his experience to work with clients to achieve their requirements within cost budgets.

Company Secretary and Commercial Director

John has been in the M&E Industry for 50 years and has gain experience in small works management within major companies as well as the financial management of multi-million pound projects in the UK and overseas.

He has also worked for himself for the last 30 years and is now combining his experience with Martin in this family owned business and is the other shareholder of this family owned business.

BETHAN ARCHER

Accounts & Office Manager

Bethan joined Martin Archer Electrical originally in 2005 setting up the company accounting procedures after which Bethan moved onto join Sasol UK and E H Smith Builders Merchants in both companies as a Contracts Co-ordinator.

Bethan experience in Contracts Co-ordination will help in MAE planned growth over the next three years as well as her skills in accountancy.

After leaving college having gaining her AAT certificates; Bethan has gained over 30 years’ experience in the commercial and construction industries and is valued member of our management team.
